Hi.

I would start by looking in the event log at a workstation to see if it fails to apply the policy for any reason. You could also run 'gpresult' at the workstation to ensure that the policy is actually being applied.

You could also use Group Policy Modelling on the server to test the policies you have created.

Is this the only policy that doesn't apply? Have you tried creating a new policy that does something else? Preferably something that doesn't require access to a file, such as disabling the Run command. Or do you have others in place that already work?

I'd certainly start with Group Policy Modelling to see what's going wrong.

when i try a group policy wizard i get Access denied for PC1 that its client windows xp
