Hi. Is there a way to add an outgoing disclaimer to all messages through Exchange 2007? I found some articles for doing it with Exchange 2003 but that doesn't seem to apply. Thanks in advance.

Hi JustJohn.

Sorry for the late reply. You can do this by creating a transport rule. Open Exchange Management Console then expand Organization Configuration -> Hub Transport and click the Transport Rules tab. Use the Wizard to create a New Transport Rule that appends a disclaimer to all outgoing messages. It's fairly self-explanitary when you go through it.

Just ask if you need further help.
